Twitter and what's up?

I’m now on twitter feel free to join me there. Now some Monday ramblings…

I’d like to give a sincere ‘thank you’ to those who came to THC & Fuzzy Rob at Casa Del Sol in Nyack on Friday, but the music that ended at 2 a.m. was just the beginning.

(Fuzzy Rob, left, and Josh from THC)

Some marauding Marist friends who sojourned at Casa piled into my car as we drove from one Hudson River city to another, for the early Saint Patrick’s Day Celebration in Hoboken. Arriving safely in the dawn, we we’re hardly prepared for the day of madness that would follow.

"People urinating from rooftops. TVs and bottles thrown from windows. More than 80 injuries, and reports of at least one couple having sex in plain view. Public Safety Director Bill Bergin said today that he's had it: He wants to cancel the parade."

The above exert and related article, from ‘Hoboken Now,’ details how there is a realistic chance that we may have attended final Hoboken St. Patty’s Day ever… While some cohorts may have been guilty of violating some city ordinances, I opted for the Keg-beer-fueled-bed-room-jam session.

Soon it was off to the Rone’s Estate, the corporate headquarters for our new venture project, Ronemusic records, for a relaxing day in the sun.

In need of inspiration for my weekly column in Steppin’ Out Magazine, a friendly Futterman offered me a complimentary ticket to the Knicks/Nets game last night just-in-time. Chinese Culture Night sure gave it to me. More on that later.

(theme of the game, Nets Sean Williams slam dunk as the Nets slamed the Knicks playoff hopes in the garbage...)
